What is Elvaen?
Elvaen is a work in progress. It is more of more an artistic value than any other, but one of a cultural nature. At it's core, Elvaen is a system of community; one which is quite complex in its simplicity. Elvaen is as flexible, as it is ridgid.
The 'Elvaen Eprodex' is a Governing Document to assist in the future advancement of a relatively small population.
The 'Legend of Elvaen - Second to None' is a tale to assist in the understanding of the Elvaen Eprodex and Elvaen Proper. It contains aspects both hard and soft. Much is left to your own imagination.

In the Quiescence area of Elvaen.com, you will find 'Dipan Citty' (which is also copyrighted material). Dipan Citty are little Mascot type creatures which typically find themselves a little confused within the social aspects of our surrounding human condition.
The Dictionary is provided only as a commonon understanding some of the word usage found in the Elvaen papers.
