- Those Elvaen Won't attach their Personal Identity onto Any Creation.
- Those Elvaen will hold No Actions of Violence, Other Than what has been Deemed Appropriate for the Defense and Continuation of Elvaen Proper, Elvaen Communities, and All those Elvaen.
- Those Disabled Elvaen Won't be held in Expectations to Personally Maintain their Living Conditions - this within reason.
- Those Elvaen Won't Participate in Any Public Display of Sexuality.
- Elvaen Communities are Not To Exceed 5,000 Residents. As Population Grows, branch off and Create Brethren Communities.
- The Total Population of Elvaen in existence on any one planet, during any one time, should Not Excede 150,000 individuals in Total.
- Those Elvaen Won't take in Any Substance; Either by Food, Drink, Inhilation, Injection, Auditory, or Visual, for the Purpose of Stimulation to the Senses, Without Equal Value of Health held Therein.
- Those Elvaen Won't Practice Any Form of Trade Other than as Defined Within the Elvaen Protocol.
- Those Elvaen Will Maintain only One Dictionary in Common, and will Not Expand or Alter any of the Definitions, Nor Spelling of Those Words, held Therein.
- Those Elvaen Won't Hold Possession over Another living Sentient Individual in any manner, Other than through those Options Defined in the Interplanetary, Lineage, Nihilist, Reprimand, and Sentry Protocol.
- Those Elvaen Will Maintain and Hold only a Minimum of Personal Possessions, as Outlined Throughout the Elvaen Eprodex.
- Those Elvaen Won't Practice any Spirituality Outside of those Framed in the Kyto Protocol and Mahayaha.
