Instructor and Assistant Relations
- There will be both Male and Female Instuctors and Assistants in each age division, and assigned gender specific sleeping and latrine areas.
- Instructors are those individuals over the age of 25 and aid in the education process of the youth. These individuals are to work with the age specific Assistants, and together educate the students as well as keep them safe during the sleep and relaxation periods.
- Instructors and Assistants will continuously rotate so that each student has a chance to learn under many individuals in each division. Some students will learn best under individual, while another will learn best under someone else.
- During the evening hours the Instructors and Assistants will remain behind with their Students on a rotational basis.
- Instructors will rotate on a weekly basis, each one remaining a total of two consecutive weeks. As Instructor one moves to the Instructor two position, Instructor two departs and another replaces the position of Instructor one.
- Instructors will continue to rotate until having filled all the positions available at one Elesee and then move onto the next, or to their community for a rest period. A rest period for Instructors are to take place twice each year, for a period of 62 days.
- Assistants will rotate daily, each one remaining a total of two consecutive nights. As Assistant one moves to the Assistant two sleeping area, Assistant two departs and another replaces the position of Assistant one.
- Any abuse found must be delivered immediately to the Elesee Council and Elesee Sentry, in training. If the situation is beyond their ability to meet an end, then the High Council and the Sentry Council will be given the information and take any actions necessary.
Educational Complication
There is a portion of the population, during the years following hormonal development, who will have difficulty with studies. This age group is generally between 17 and 20, some will hit earlier, some later. Their sleep schedule will alter as well as the amount of which they require. When this is the situation adaption will become necessary.
- Reduce study expectations by 25 percent. Any studies requiring specific attention will be lost on individuals during this time. Instead offer constant and consistent refreshers, artistic measures, and basic requirements of script.
- Reduce task expectations by 15 percent and introduce nothing new in career areas, as these bodies will maintain a zombie state of existence.
- As these individuals will come out of this developmental state a short time following the age of 20, they are again prepared to intake fresh information and task details. Therefore, another alteration in schedule and work loads are to again take place.
- Increase study expectations (that which was set near their 16th year of age) by 25-35 percent. Focus on their chosen career areas as much as possible during this time, yet not exclusively.
- Increase task expectations (that which was set near their 16th year of age) by 15-25 percent, as the bodies are again prepared to move appropriately and the fuzz of their minds cleared.
Completion of the Elesee
- During the final year of Education, the Students will begin to move out and among a Community. They will go into a community every two days and serve in their chosen area of study.
- Upon completion of the Elesee, Students will be placed into Elvaen Communities which will most benefit from their chosen training.
- If for any reason a close relationship bound for an Anissa occurs while in the Elesee, the two will be placed in the same community.
- Sentry serve on a rotational basis but will have a base Elvaen Community upon exiting the Elesee. This same community is to be used during off service periods and retirement.
