Nihilist (Protocol)

Basic Description
Nihilist are those other Earth Born, or otherwise held in development, sentient beings which are not Elvaen.

General

Those Nihilist are quite predictable in their unpredictability, and it all begins with a slow proliferation of population.
Small pockets gain knowledge and numbers, eventually gathering into larger and more unpredictable groups.
Once the Nihilist have become comfortable enough to speak authoritatively about anything much trouble follows them.
Once their medical concerns are met well enough, the Nihilist proliferation increases about double with each generation.
When their population begins to become great in volume, they become more dangerous, through the actions of seizing and destroying.
The Nihilist are a fearful and conquering species who will, with no doubt, try to conquer and destroy the entire planet and more so the Elvaen branch of humanity.

Nihilist Tactics and Mannerisms

They sometimes try to bring you into their world by giving you gifts of items unusual to your area. However, gifts from those Nihilist come with a great price.
Nihilist will slowly encroach on your land, to learn if they can push in and through your very home.
Nihilist will attempt to appeal to you through emotion, by manner of verbal exchanges and facial appearances.
Those Nihilist rely on their approach to the youth of a culture in order to disrupt the thinking of the newest generations and to move them against that which gives them guidance and calm of mind.
The Nihilist will, in the beginning secretly, then later on quite loudly, attempt to remove any food sources from your regular diet.
If you ever give into any Nihilist desire or demands they will push hard against you, this is especially true if they have found where in your heart compassion exists.
It makes little difference as to how they come at you, by one or by many, the Nihilist will try to make it appear as though it was your idea, so that you will freely give over to them that which they believe in desire, though their true intention is to end your existence as a separate entity.
When they can't get that which they desire from you using quieter methods, the Nihilist will announce you as an enemy to their people and come at you with great force.
Using a great multitude of their people, and any technologies at their hands, the Nihilist will tear down your culture only to later distort and claim it as their own.

How Elvaen will Respond

Maintain a barrier to give great distances between those Elvaen and those Nihilist... This barrier is not only a shield but serves as a solid and clear line.
Under no circumstance are those Nihilist to be taken in by Elvaen for aid, shelter, nourishment, education, healing, etcetera.
Those of Elvaen will accept not one offering from those Nihilist.
Nihilist trespassers will be swiftly captured and released on their side of the barrier.
Repeat Nihilist trespassers, will be served a sentence of death, and will not be placed near the tree of life.
Those Elvaen won't, under any circumstances, permit the Nihilist to speak while in captivity. You may even bind the Nihilist mouth if it appears to be necessary.
No Elvaen under the age of 35 will have anything to do with those Nihilist.
The moment violence breaks out from those Nihilist upon those Elvaen, full force must and will be taken. In no manner will Elvaen cease the push - until all Nihilist are cleared and pushed into the distance for many, many, many miles.
If and whenever possible, other than the purpose of those items before mentioned, don't harm any of the Nihilist children, and don't physically touch the Nihilist females - no matter how attractive or desirous they may deceive you to believe. Those Nihilist are very tricky, and their emotional games run deep.
