Reprimand (Protocol)

General Protocol

Any and All Reprimand findings must be publically posted immediately. In no manner will any portion of any Reprimand be of quiet.
Thirty days prior to any Reprimand to be determined, there must be public postings of all information thereof.
Any and All community service found to be part of a Reprimand must be performed while within an individuals time served in holding. Stictly 6-10 hours daily.
While serving time within holding some may choose to end their own lives, this must be held in permission but never encouraged or given as a suggestion.
Do not behave towards any Elvaen in holding as an animal or less, yet do not permit them to socialize with others while in holding... They are there to think.
Holding systems must provide all things basic excluding the ability to visit with another or to walk freely beyond their holding cell... There must be adequate lighting, reading or scripting material, nutrition, plumbing, warmth or cooling, ventilation and lack of pestilence.
One may choose to represent another, however if the one in question is found as guilty, the one representing the other in question will receive a duplicate Reprimand. The two will share in the same penalty and the Reprimand will not be split.
Those representing anyone in question can't accept any gift offer or trade for representation or a further penalty will result to both.

Behavior or Speaking Out Against the Elvaen Eprodex
Regarding those who act and/or speak out against any portion of the Elvaen Eprodex and or challenge the words held within, without difference as to how many may join into such behavior.

Upon the first penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of one year and issued scripting instruments and will record 25 words each day found within the Elvaen dictionary, if they refuse to cooperate the guilty may choose four hours daily of the most difficult physical work to be found around the Elvaen community, if they continue to refuse skip down to the third penalty.
Upon the second penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of three years and given up to 10 hours daily of the most difficult physical work to be found within the community, if they refuse any of this work skip to the third penalty.
Upon a third penalty, the guilty will require a new body and must be served a Reprimand of death.

Misuse of Medical or Scientific Substance Adminstration
Reprimand for the misuse of medical or scientific substances regularly held in prohibition, or the misadministration thereof, such as liquids having undergone fementation, some sources of animal meat and other animal bi-products not acceptable for those Elvaen, food or drinks causing stimulation of the senses, etcetera.

Notice the multiple of 6 for each penalty.
Upon the first penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 12 hours.
Upon the second penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 3 days and issued 18 hours of community service.
Upon the third penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 18 days and issued 108 hours of community service.

One Possessing Ownership Over Another
Notice a multiple of three for each penalty.

Upon the first penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 10 days and issued 100 hours of community service.
Upon the second penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 30 days and issued 300 hours of community service.
Upon the third penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 90 days and issued 900 hours of community service.

Actions of Anger or Violence
Actions of Anger or other Violence will be met with aggressive action rather than passive determination.
Notice a multiple of four for each penalty.

Upon the first penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 12 hours.
Upon the second penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 48 hours.
Upon the third penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of 8 days.

If an individual is discovered to perform violent actions such as a rape, molestation, or a murder (not being an accident or of self defense), they will be put to death immediately. However, if the one who points the finger is found to be telling a falsehood, and it has resulted in a death by Reprimand, then this person will also suffer the penatly of Death.

Abuse of the Reprimand System
One discovered using the Reprimand system in a deceitful or otherwise fraudulent manner.
If an individual is discovered using the Reprimand system in a cruel and deceitful manner, the Reprimand holds immediate death. However, if the one who points the finger is found to be telling a falsehood, both will be held in separate holding until an appropriate outcome can be determined. Do not rush to end another beings life cycle, yet do not waste time from an inability to perform the necessary actions.

Actions of Theft
Theft is actually a psychological malfunction and is best managed through the recovery of the item taken. If for any reason the item is used, or otherwise not of good condition following a moment of thievery, the thief must perform community service of 6 hours for the first offense, 10 hours for the second offense, 14 hours for the third offense, etcetera.

Abuse of the Elvaen Work/Task System
Regarding those discovered using the 'rotation of service' system in a deceitful or otherwise fraudulent manner.

Anyone discovered hiding the amount of time or value an individual has put into the area while on rotation of service, or otherwise altering the information, will suffer Reprimand of no greater than 5 years in holding, and no lesser than 190 days in holding.
Anyone discovered using the 'rotation of service' system to get out of difficult, messy, or tedious requirements of their daily position, will suffer Reprimand of no greater than 2 years in holding, and no lesser than 190 days in holding.

Use of Language in a Cruel Manner
Regarding those discovered using words or a combination of two or more words in a cruel manner or in a manner which is designed to inflict emotional pain.

Based on the community service, notice a multiple of two, along with an additional four hours to each penalty.
Upon the first penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of one day, and serve 8 hours of community service.
Upon the second penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of three days, and serve 20 hours of community service.
Upon the third penalty, the guilty will be placed into holding for a period of six days, and serve 44 hours of community service.
